HISTORY
The chillie pepper, also called pepper pot or revolver (because of its resemblance to a pepper mill), is a pistol in which the barrels rotate around an axis. In this way the gun can be fired several times.
The gun was invented in the 1830s and was mainly intended for the civilian market. Its use spread quickly and was popular in the United States from the 1830s until the civil war.
